What's going on everybody! Today, we are discussing the importance of power in your golf game. First, let's define power from a golf perspective... what is it? Well, power is how much force you can get in and out of the ground.
In a previous blog, we discussed strength in Golf and want to built onto that, power is taking strength and being efficient with it. The more efficient you are with the strength you have, the more power you can create and the farther that ball is going to go with efficiency.
THP trains this by determining your vertical force followed by a rotary pattern to establish how you are balancing right and left sides, how you are able to put force to the ground and how you translate that all the way into rotation.
